You can request a full refund within 60 days of purchase, with no justification required.
How to request
Send an email to sac@grupoaxiondr.com with the subject "Refund request", including the name and email used for the purchase. You can also open the request directly on the Digistore24 platform, under "My orders".
Processing
Digistore24 processes refunds within 7 business days. The amount is returned via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Special cases
After the 60-day window, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Cases involving fraud or bad faith may be denied per Digistore24's terms.
